This is a translation of the current booking terms in Swedish: The following agreement applies to the rental of cabins and rooms in hostels as well as pitches for tents, caravans, mobile homes, and motorhomes (“Accommodation”) for individuals. For group bookings (larger parties and all bookings made by companies, associations, and similar entities), special conditions apply (link to group booking terms). Our booking conditions are based on the conditions for renting campsites, cabins and apartments drawn up by professional organisations (camping and tourism) and the Consumer Agency.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Payment for accommodation is made in advance and your booking is binding on both parties only once the reservation has been paid for.
Payment must be received by Valle Camping AB no later than the date stated on the confirmation. If payment is not received within this period, Valle Camping AB reserves the right to cancel the accommodation. Failure to make payment on time will be considered as a cancellation, subject to the cancellation rules. Please verify that the content of the booking confirmation matches what you have booked. If you find any discrepancies in the confirmation, you must inform us of this promptly and no later than 24 hours after the booking.
At the time of booking, you are required to provide at least your name, address, telephone number, email, arrival and departure dates, as well as payment details. All personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy (Privacy Policy, see further down in the terms).
SERVICE FEE INCLUDED
In all bookings, there is a service fee of 79 SEK. This service fee is for the booking service and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We offer the following payment options to private individuals with the following conditions:
1. Credit Card (VISA/Mastercard, etc.)
Conditions: possible both when booking online and when paying directly for unbooked arrival at the property.
2. SWISH
Conditions: Only SEK (Swedish Kronor) is accepted, and this payment method is only available for on-site bookings, meaning that the booking is made upon arrival at the accommodation (not for pre-booked accommodations) or after separate agreement.
3. Cash

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must always be made by phone at 0511-621 09 or via email at info@vallecamping.se. The cancellation is valid only after you have received a written confirmation of your cancellation from us via email.
CANCELLATION WITHOUT CANCELLATION PROTECTION
In case of cancellation earlier than 28 days before arrival, the amount will be refunded excluding the service fee, as mentioned above. In case of cancellation with less than 28 days left until arrival, no part of the booking amount will be refunded. We reserve the right to charge for any agreed-upon amounts that have not been paid.
CANCELLATION WITH CANCELLATION PROTECTION
In connection with your booking of accommodation with us, you have the option to purchase cancellation protection. The fee for cancellation protection is 265 SEK per booked accommodation unit (cabin, room, camping pitch, etc.). Please note that the fee for cancellation protection or service fee is non-refundable.
If you have chosen to take out our cancellation protection with your booking, the following applies:
The cancellation protection entitles you to cancel or rebook without requiring a valid reason for cancellation or rebooking (emergency illness/death) up to 14 days before arrival. One rebooking/change per booking subject to availability. In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, the amount of your booking will be refunded, minus the cost of the cancellation protection and service fee (265 SEK + 79 SEK).
In case of cancellation up until 6:00 PM the day before arrival, the booking amount will be refunded, minus the cost of the cancellation protection and service fee, only if you or a close relative are affected by acute illness or death. Please note that you must be able to provide a medical certificate to be eligible for a refund. In this case, upon presentation of a medical certificate for the full amount of your booking, you will be reimbursed, minus the cost of the cancellation protection and service fee (265 SEK + 79 SEK).
If you cancel later than 6:00 PM the day before your arrival, no part of the amount will be refunded.
We have the right to charge you for any agreed amount that has not been paid.
Any refund will be processed after confirmed cancellation and typically takes 4-7 banking days to complete.
CHANGE OF BOOKING
One free change per booking is possible up to 28 days before arrival, subject to availability. Requests for changes to the booking should be made by phone at 0511-621 09 or via email at info@vallecamping.se.
EARLIER DEPARTURE THAN PLANNED
If you choose to depart earlier than planned, no money will be refunded unless otherwise agreed with us.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The accommodation is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure (for camping, tent, and pitch areas from 3:00 PM until 12:00 PM on the day of departure). If you check out later than this, a full daily rate will be charged according to the current price list at that time.
CLEANING
If you are not satisfied with the cleanliness of your accommodation, you must inform us upon arrival so that we can address it. Please come to the reception or call us at 0511-621 09 in the first instance. Alternatively, notify us directly when you discover the deficiencies via email, messenger, or any other messaging platform. We cannot take action on what we are not aware of, and you will not be able to request compensation for cleaning deficiencies afterward.
The client is responsible for adequate departure cleaning according to the instructions given. In case of insufficient cleaning, a fee of SEK 800 will be charged.
By purchasing the departure cleaning service at the time of booking you only need to take care of any dishes and dispose of the garbage in the designated area! Please note that departure cleaning must be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be added afterward.
PETS
In our accommodations, pets are only allowed in the camping cabins and only with prior notification for an additional fee. It is not permitted to bring pets into the hostel. If a pet is not pre-registered or if pets are brought into the hostel, the full cleaning fee will be charged (minimum 800 SEK).
AGE LIMIT FOR BOOKING AND ACCESS
To book/enter into an agreement with us, you must be 18 years old. Everyone in the party must be at least 18 years old to stay in the accommodation – except for children accompanied by a guardian. Identification may be required upon arrival. Meeting the age requirement is mandatory for access to the accommodation. If the guest does not meet the age requirement upon arrival, cancellation rules apply. Exceptions to the above rules may be made for organized groups and travel parties with leaders by agreement with Valle Camping AB.
REGULATIONS – OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUEST
During your stay at the campsite, our regulations apply (available here and in writing on request). The regulations govern, among other things, noise levels, connection of electric vehicles, traffic, waste management, guests, and fire safety regulations. All guests in the party or any visitors to the guests must adhere to the regulations. The person who booked the stay is responsible for ensuring that everyone in the party is aware of the regulations.
Violation of the facility’s regulations or other breaches of the agreement may result in additional fees and immediate termination of the agreement.
Regarding additional charges:
- Connection of a plug-in vehicle to a “regular” power outlet (Schuko outlet) anywhere on the premises: 800 SEK (see also rules and regulations for order and comfort)
Valle Camping AB reserves the right to close the accommodation and remove the guest’s belongings in the event of immediate termination of the agreement. In the event of eviction, the amount due is calculated on the basis of the current daily rate applied during the time you have had access to the accommodation/place, plus a deduction for estimated damage. Any difference will be refunded within 10 days of eviction.
If you are disturbed by other guests or any other activity on the premises or in the vicinity, you must contact us directly so that we can try to address this. Please come to the reception or call us at 0511-621 09 in the first instance. Alternatively, notify us directly when you discover the deficiencies via email, messenger, or any other messaging platform. Valle Camping is not responsible for disturbances caused by other guests, but we will certainly do our best to minimize disruptions, including by referring to facility regulations. What we don’t know, we can’t do anything about, and remember that you won’t be able to request compensation for any disturbance or similar afterward.
CRISES, NATURAL DISASTERS, STRIKES, ETC:
In the event that the stay cannot be carried out due to an obstacle beyond our control, which we could not reasonably have anticipated at the time the agreement was made, and the consequences of which we could not reasonably have avoided or overcome, we are exempt from liability for damages or other consequences. Both parties have the right to terminate the rental agreement if the accommodation cannot be provided due to acts of war, natural disasters, labor disputes, prolonged interruptions in water or energy supply, fire, or other similar major events that neither you nor we could have foreseen or influenced. In such a case, we are obliged to refund what you have paid as soon as possible, minus the benefit you have derived from the accommodation or the services you have used, such as service fees in connection with booking. However, we do not compensate for costs you have incurred or that arise as a result of the premature termination of the stay.
WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal under the Act (2005:59) on Distance Contracts and Contracts away from Business Premises is exempted for contracts on accommodation, lodging or leisure activities and therefore you cannot withdraw from a contract on the rental of accommodation (room, cabin or pitch for a tent, caravan or motorhome).
IF WE DO NOT AGREE
If you have any complaints, please contact us directly at (0511-621 09). If we are not informed, we cannot take any action! Please note that your chances of obtaining rectification may decrease if you delay in lodging your complaint. If you fail to report any errors, you cannot claim compensation. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can always turn to ARN – the General Complaints Board.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
We at Valle Camping AB process personal data of those who use our services and products. Valle Camping AB is the data controller with regard to personal data related to your booking. Such processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
