This privacy policy describes how we at Valle Camping AB (Valle Campingstugor) process your Personal Data within the framework of our business.

Valle Camping is engaged in, among other things, the rental of cottages and camping sites and we process Personal Data mainly to process your bookings, administer, provide, develop and maintain our various services, optimise your experience of the services and to communicate with you. If you provide us with Personal Data about other persons, you are responsible for allowing us to process the Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Valle camping only processes your Personal Data in accordance with applicable law. We may collect Personal Data directly from you when you use one of our services (e.g. book a cottage). We may also receive and transfer Personal Data about you from partners (e.g. if you have used a booking service to book a cottage). Manage booking

If you book a cottage, campsite or hostel room with us, we process your Personal Data for the purpose of providing, managing, administering, monitoring and charging for your booking. This includes our processing for the purpose of reminding or informing you of your booking in connection with your stay.

It is essential that you provide the information we request in order for us to process your booking. When you make a booking for another person, you are responsible to us for having the permission of that other person or persons for Valle Camping to process their Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Your Personal Data and other information about your booking may be transferred to any of our subcontractors (for example, our providers of IT services, booking systems, analytics, advertising and statistical services) within and outside the EU/EEA.

We store your data for 12 months after the end of your stay. Handle personal data by consent, subscription to news or based on a balance of interests.

If you have chosen to follow us in the form of, for example, subscribing to our news or have given consent for such processing, we will process your personal data to provide, manage, administer, follow up and maintain your subscription. This includes our processing of your Personal Data for the purposes of informing, communicating and responding to requests from you. We may also contact you to ask you to ensure that your details are correct and up to date.

By subscribing to our news, we can provide you with more flexible and personalised offers and experiences. We use your profile to create relevant offers and information about our Services that we send to you.

For as long as the customer relationship with you continues or until the subscription ends and for a period of 12 months thereafter or before if you object to continued processing. If the processing is based on consent, the data will remain until you
withdraw your consent to the processing.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your Personal Data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the various purposes of our processing. We will then securely delete or de-identify your Personal Data so that it can no longer be linked to you. Under each of the treatments listed above, there is a defined storage period. The storage period is extended in the event of new cases or consent.

Valle Camping deletes Personal Data in accordance with the law applicable at the time and according to the criteria set out above. This means, for example, that we erase or de-identify your Personal Data when the purpose of the processing is fulfilled.

Valle camping may also share your Personal Data with companies that manage the operation, storage, technical support and maintenance of our IT solutions. Furthermore, we may also disclose your Personal Data to various payment service providers in order to collect payment from you.
