Valle campsite is located in the so-called Valle area. A very beautiful and distinctive undulating landscape with many lakes that were formed when the ice sheeet retreated along the Billingen mountain. The area offers many nature experiences in 6 different nature reserves and is well suited for hiking. The environment is varied and the hiking trails run along the lakes through meadows, fields and deciduous forests. The trails vary in length and difficulty (easy to medium). One of the trails starts right at Valle Camping and you can just put on your boots and start hiking. If you want to walk a different distance, there are several parking lots you can go to and start from.<\/p>\n
A few kilometres away is also Hornborgasj\u00f6n if you want to experience the rich bird life around the lake and for the more culturally interested it is even closer to Varnhem’s monastery church with ongoing archaeological excavations including what they call Kata farm.<\/p>\n
Our hiking package also includes a sauna bath in the wood-fired sauna<\/a> at the end of the jetty, a perfect way to unwind after a day of hiking.<\/p>\n The hiking package includes accommodation in a cabin or hostel for two people and asauna in <\/span> thewood-fired sauna<\/a> on the bridge. Our hiking packages also include bed linen rental and hiking maps of the area. <\/span>The price is for 2 people and varies depending on the choice of accommodation. You can choose to stay in a camping cabin or a room in a hostel. There is also an option for those with their own caravan or motorhome.
